Our property portfolio includes approximately two thousand homes for lease, including single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family apartments and mixed-use properties. Our properties range in lease cost per month from $400 to over $3500.

Properties: We update our available property list every day at 8:00 A.M. Our entire list of available properties can be found online, by request via fax, or in our Dilworth office.

Accounting: We provide an income statement to clients that details all collections and expenses for each investment property. These statements are mailed at the end of each month with a check for the total net due to the client. Our records are maintained using industry-leading computer software, and meticulously verified by hand. We can provide a variety of additional property and financial reports upon request at no charge.  Clients can also log in to check their account activity via secure server.

Marketing: We use several different channels for marketing our available properties, including online and print (Craigslist, Rent.com, Charlotte Observer, Creative Loafing, La Noticia, and others.). We also enjoy considerable traffic from our NC and SC Realtor network, and the generous word-of-month referrals from our clientsnad residents.  We take pride in our long-standing reputation within the community, and the expertise and friendliness of our staff continues to be one of our greatest assets.
