Our property portfolio includes approximately one thousand homes for lease, including single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family apartments and mixed-use properties.
We update our available property list daily. You may view the entire listing or search for a property that suits your needs by type of home, area, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and cost per month.Our rents are due on the first day of the month. Late fees are assessed at 11:59 pm on the fifth day of the month.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. For any of our properties that are not listed as self-shown, prospective tenants can use our smartphone based Rently system to schedule a viewing at your convenience, anytime. You may also rent out the keys to view available units. We offer 24-hour key rentals between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday, and daily key rentals before 2pm on Fridays.
You may want to contact our office ahead of time before renting out a key to make sure that there is not a pending application on the property you are interested in. Please understand that Brown & Glenn Realty does not recommend applying until the prospective tenant has thoroughly viewed the exterior and interior of the property they are interested in, or without prior approval.

The cost of the application is $55.00 per applicant. To apply, just visit the property page located on this site. Application fee can be paid with a credit or debit card if done online. All funds prior to tenancy must be paid in the form of a cashier’s check or money order – no exceptions.
Please carefully read the instructions before completing the rental application. Applications must be thoroughly, neatly, and completely filled out before we will process them. We must have copies of the applicant’s ID, Social Security card, and current pay stubs at the time that the application is turned in.
We will pull the applicant’s credit report, criminal report, and verify their income. If you have an unpaid eviction on your record, owe another landlord or realty company any monies, or have drug and/or assault charges on your criminal record, we will be unable to approve your application. The lease holder’s gross income must equal at least three times the monthly rent. If there is more than one person renting the home each person would have to meet the income requirement of two times the rent.
The application process takes approximately 1-3 days to complete. Once your application is approved, we will make an appointment with you to pay your security deposit. Please be prepared to pay the balance of your security deposit within 3 days of approval.
Once we approve an application, the longest we can hold a property for you is 3-4 weeks. Please also understand that Brown & Glenn Realty Co’s residential lease agreement is a legal binding document, so tenants will need to be prepared to honor the lease contract in its entirety (no exceptions).
Tenants are responsible for setting up all necessary utilities upon their move-in date. If a tenant moves in on any other day other than the first of a month, they will be required to pay a pro-rated rental amount, based on a daily rate. All deposits, and first month’s rent must be paid in certified funds (cashier’s check or money order). Once a tenant has completed their first month of tenancy, they can then pay with a personal check or use our online portal to make a payment.
Money orders and cashier’s checks are also accepted (please note there is a $3.00 processing fee for all payments made in office after the first rental payment). Tenants will be required to pay their rent by 11:59pm on the 5th of every month. (Important additional rental terms will be discussed at the time of lease signing.)
